Service Description

Our antenatal classes bring you a modern approach to antenatal and postnatal education. Our sessions are parent centred and are all about YOU, they are inclusive, non-judgemental and balanced. Our courses are designed to ensure you have all of the information required to make the best decisions for you and your family. Across the 5 weeks you will learn the important aspects of pregnancy, labour and welcoming your little one into the world, we have a major focus on postnatal care to ensure you are supported throughout. The course is designed to meet various learning styles and techniques to keep it interesting and you involved every step of the way whilst also having a fun. Our group sessions have a sociable element to the sessions in the hope you can make some lasting friendships. 1 booking entitles you to bring yourself + 1 other, this can be your birth partner, partner, friend, sibling, mum or come alone, everyone is welcome. There is no need to book a space or to pay for the 2nd person. The final payment will be due 1 week before the course begins, payment plans are available.
