Service Description
In our 10 session series of our transformational Moving Away From Anxiety Workshops we cover a different topic each week, you may feel called to attend the odd few sessions or you may like to embark on a the 10 week program attending all sessions. This week, we’ll learn how to soothe the vagus nerve—an essential part of calming the nervous system. We’ll explore which parts of you are thriving, and which ones might be asking for support. In our hypnotic journey, we’ll gently let go of people or events that have left you feeling uncomfortable or stuck, creating space for peace.
