It's no secret that postpartum support in the UK is lacking, and we're always expected to know the answers with minimal support, we know this is not realistic and much much more support is required. Do you need some guidance and support whether that is to support your postnatal journey or guidance and support around life with your new baby? Then our power hour is perfect for you. This can be scheduled in and around a time that works for you, and can be via zoom, phone call, or in person at your home.
